Mission Height Junior College student Kirin Swann is one of many talents – not only is she a star in the school’s Premier Netball team but also succeeds in CrossFit.
Swann recently competed in the CrossFit open, which comprises five workouts over five weeks designed to push an individual to the limits of their physical endurance.
Swann now ranks 1st in New Zealand in the teenage girls 14-15 years scaled workout category, 2nd across New Zealand and Australia and 54th worldwide.
