Many questions with Labour’s co-governance model

It seems to me we have had “co-governance” since the creation of Maori electoral rolls and electorates.

Maori have the choice of the general roll or the Maori roll. The fact that Maori have favoured Labour only means they have missed opportunities to have influence in all government decisions that they could have had if they had sat on the cross benches, particularly since MMP.

For Labour to start appointing unelected Maori to councils and boards is outrageous and something not within the Treaty terms (which I have read).

I can only hope that National will undo all the damage that Labour is causing.
Anything less will only increase racism in NZ.

Maori are a minority, they have advantages that no other minority group have with their own MP’s. It has to stop right there.
