For nearly 20 years, St Columba Presbyterian Church has held a free Christmas lunch on Christmas Day for those in the community who would love to socialise and share Christmas lunch with others in the community.
All these years the Christmas lunch have been well attended and appreciated by those that were present.
Regrettably, this year, because of the Covid 19 and government regulations, the Christmas lunch has to be cancelled, especially with the rules imposed under the traffic light system.
To all those in the community who asked and were looking forward to attending the lunch, our apologies – perhaps next Christmas, if all goes well. In any case, have a lovely Christmas.
