Police are investigating a burglary at Michael Hill Jewellers at Botany Town Centre.
The store is cordoned off and a security guard is stationed out front.
Detective Senior Sergeant Karen Bright said six offenders arrived at the store around 2am with three vehicles and smashed their way inside to steal “a quantity of jewellery”.
All three vehicles have been located by police.
Police are conducting a scene examination this morning and are working to identify the offenders.
