Are you a garden enthusiast looking for inspiration, or have you got a beautiful garden that you would like to share with your community?

This year, the famous annual Uxbridge Garden Safari is back, and Uxbridge is looking for local garden enthusiasts to get involved.

The event, which started 25 years ago and is a winner with the local community, is set to impress again this year on Saturday, November 5.

In 2016, more than 200 people took part in the event, with 10 beautiful gardens on display all across the Howick area.

This event gives participants the opportunity to discover the natural landscapes of their neighbourhood, uncover hidden treasures and become inspired by beautiful gardens that are all right at their front door.

The Uxbridge Garden Safari is a golden opportunity for those with a green thumb to show off their hard work to other keen gardeners and plant enthusiasts.

Email events@uxbridge.org.nz to be involved in this unique celebration of all things flora.
