We started Urban in East with a goal in mind; to create a brand that delivered outstanding Beverages, Food & Service to the locals of Howick and the wider area.
A local myself with my 2 daughters, Harper & Skylah we love the area and what it offers with so many friendly faces, small local businesses and the surrounding landscapes full of beaches, bush walks and parks.
I’ve always dreamed about owning my own Cafe/Eatery and to see it become a reality was incredibly emotional and heart warming. The realization of how much hard work it was to set up made it only more of a vision to get it to where we are at now with a regular customer base but also seeing our locals day in and day out.
We pride ourselves on using local and we source all our meat, produce and bread locally from surrounding Howick businesses and in return they offer us great support. Our customers also see this and we love being involved in making our little suburb flourish.
