Joan Bone – Joan (just shy of her 101st birthday) died peacefully at the Highlands Retirement Home in Howick on 23 August 2024. Her son Chris and close friends Pete and Glenda were by her bedside.
Although Mum lived life to the full she will still be sadly missed. Joan is survived by 2 of her 3 children Chris (and his 2 children Taylor and Emma) and Trish (and her partner Bruce). We will be having an impromptu final farewell for Mum in early October.
