Emergency services are tonight responding to an incident near an Auckland train station.
Inspector Peter Raynes says police were notified of an incident near Manurewa train station in south Auckland at around 6pm this evening, August 14.
“Emergency services are currently responding,” he says.
“Police would like to reassure the community there is no risk to public safety and advise an increased police presence can be expected in the area for some time.”
