Everyone loves a new feature and the Times continues to embrace technology by making audio narratives available on all our stories from this week.

On all Times’ news and information stories published at www.times.co.nz since Tuesday, there is now a ‘Play Audio’ icon at the top of each story page, under the headline and byline.

By simply clicking on the Play button arrow, you can now hear Times’ stories read aloud.

This new feature may not suit everyone, but it will certainly allow people who are doing other things such as driving to hear our stories, especially for breaking news items.
