The students from Farm Cove Intermediate achieved the highest marks in New Zealand in five of the six subjects offered in the International Competitions and Assessments for Schools (ICAS) exams.
Christine Shao scored top marks in science and English.
She is one of a select number of students who has been awarded dual medals.
Christine will receive her medals next month, along with Rachel Worthington, Caitlin Daley and Ibrahim Al-Salim.
About 1.7 million students from across Australasia and the Pacific region take part in the examinations each year.
More than 700,000 entries were received internationally from countries such as Singapore, South Africa, Indonesia and India.
