“The Sugarless Bliss range is sugar-free, cholesterol-free and low in calories,” Yash says. “They are 100% vegetarian, eggless and contain low glycemic fibre. They are also fortified with vitamins and minerals.”
Sugarless Bliss offers a variety of biscuits – chocolate and black currant, ginger and cinnamon, vanilla butter and fig biscotti. The range also includes sweet and sour mango chutney, a fat-free, sugar-free “honey” product which contains ginger and saffron, plus Indian dessert favourites Gulab Jamun and Rosso Gulla.
“We are presently working on new recipes and by the end of February next year we will also have muesli bars, jams, and a greater variety of chutney,” Yash says.
“So far the range has been well received and is available at several local shops including Beef on the Beach at Highland Park, Salujas, Bishop’s Gate and Annapurna, Botany South.”
