Demand has been so great that a third evening has now been set down for Tuesday, October 6.
Benjarong owner Pat Ramannee says Tuesday 22 sold out in no time and there are just a few places left for the second event on Tuesday September 29.
“These evenings have been so popular I decided to host a third event at which guests will again learn how to prepare a cook a typical Thai dish and enjoy a Thai buffet dinner with a complimentary glass of house wine.”
This time Benjarong chef, On Panchuen, will show guests how to prepare and cook stir-fried chicken with vegetables and cashews.
Afterwards patrons will enjoy a buffet dinner starting with an entrée of Thai spring rolls followed by mains of stir-fried beef with vegetables and Thai soya and oyster sauce, stir-fried pork with basil, garlic and chilli sauce and, of course, chicken vegetables and cashews. At just $55 per person bookings are essential. If you want to be part of the fun, book a place by phoning 533-9568.
