First up, she is set to host three cooking demonstration and buffet evenings on Tuesday September 22, then on Tuesday, September 29 and finally on Tuesday, October 6. Not only will guests learn how to put together a delicious Thai recipe, but they will also enjoy a Thai buffet dinner which includes a complimentary glass of house wine with the option of taking BYO wine too.
Not long back from Bangkok, Pat has returned invigorated and ready to spring into action with new restaurant features ranging from a revitalized menu (introduced recently) through to a new VIP card for regulars. But first, her “We Cook, You Look, You Eat”’ demonstration nights are set to tempt the tastebuds of diehard foodies.
Tuesday, September 22 is now sold out, however, on Tuesday, September 29 the evening will begin with chefs preparing and cooking Tom Yum soup followed by another sumptuous banquet starting with the soup and also including Thai fried rice with vegetables and beef-stir fry with oyster sauce.
At just $55 per head, per evening, these special events are great value and call for friends to gather together for a lesson in Thai cooking, a few laughs and some great food.
“I want to reward patrons who eat regularly at Benjarong and are on our email list,” she says. “We have been in Howick for more than 10 years and it seemed timely to launch a VIP promotion. As a Benjarong VIP, cardholders will enjoy 10% discount every time they dine in house.”
So if you are a regular Benjarong diner and are on Pat’s email base for promotions or want to be, talk to her about becoming a Benjarong VIP.
In the meantime don’t forget to book a place at one or all of the spring cooking demonstrations and enjoy a great evening out.
